Panoramio API - Terms of Use
We are happy to know that you are planning to use Panoramio API, ¡Muchas gracias! By using the Panoramio API you agree to the Google Terms of Service, as well as the terms below.
Requirements
Every photo displayed in your site should include Panoramio's name or our logo. A link to the photo page (ex. http://www.panoramio.com/photo/532693) at Panoramio.com is also a requirement. Under the photo should be displayed "author: name" where the name is the author linked to his area at Panoramio (e.g. author: Eduardo Manchon). Also in every page you display photos from Panoramio you need to include the text "Photos provided by Panoramio are under the copyright of their owners."
Restrictions
Remember that Panoramio doesn't own the images, but the owners of the photos do. You shall not use Panoramio API to override the requirements and restrictions of photo owners'.
- You shall not use Panoramio API in photo-sharing sites.
- You shall not use Panoramio API in sites using map technology other than Google Maps.
- You shall not use an unreasonable amount of bandwidth with the Panoramio API, neither use the API in a way that impacts negatively the stability of Panoramio.com.
- You shall not resell nor redistribute Panoramio API service.
- You have the right to display photos from Panoramio API, but you cannot download nor store those photos out of Panoramio.
- The maximum number of queries allowed is 1,000 per day per final user.
- You shall not use Panoramio API as hosting service for image advertisements, graphics, etc.

Commercial Use and Fees
Panoramio API is free for both commercial and non-commercial purposes that don't exceed the restrictions above. However Panoramio reserves the right to charge fees for the use of Panoramio API for some kind of commercial applications and over certain bandwidth limits.
Warranty
There is not any warranty that the Panoramio API is free of errors or bugs. The Panoramio API is provided "as is" with no warranty. Your use of Panoramio API is at your own discretion and risk, you will be solely responsible for any damage that results from the use of the Panoramio API.
Termination
Panoramio may terminate the API at any time for any reason. Your right to use Panoramio API finish if you violate any of these terms or Panoramio writes a public notice of termination.
