El monte Galiñeiro se localiza entre los ayuntamientos pontevedreses de Vigo y Gondomar. La cumbre está localizada Vincios (Gondomar) a una altura de 711 metros. Se integra en la sierra de Galiñeiro, de la que forma también parte el parque natural del Monte Aloia.
