Estación del antiguo tren que nunca existió, construida la vía Férrea en el año 1936, realización de un estudio de viabilidad en el 64 por orden de los Ministros de Franco y desestimado después por inviable en base al estudio realizado por los Americanos, hasta nuestros días en que la Ministra de Medio Ambiente Cristina Narbona lo convirtió en la actual vía verde.
