Nice photo, but it would perhaps seem that the photo is missed named. This does not appear to be Lake Tekapo as the title suggests.
I am not even sure that this body of water has a name. It is a catchment pond for the hydroelectric power station at the western end of the canal between Lake Tekapo and Lake Pukaki.

It is not the salmon farm either! The salmon farm is below lake Pukaki.
