Alicia, thanks a lot for the gold star and your words! These young piggies looked as happy as anything. I took this photo in 2000 with my first digital Minolta, so the quality can't be compared with the photos of today, but it's the piggies feelings, which the photo shows alright, I think. I used your expression about "mud heaven" in the title, thank you!

The Extremaduran are blacker but tastier, I suppose that you would prove them in your stay in these lands. Hereabouts it is said that of the pork I like even like it walk.
