Nice shot Ian and not taken out of a plane. LIKE! Greetings Berend

Hi Berend, Yes, this is taken from gull height! This point has been quite iconic in my mind for many years, but as there are no roads to Double Island Point, I have had to wait until my children owned 4WD vehicles, before I could go there. Access is via the surf beach from either Noosa or Rainbow Beach.

Seeing the volcanic rocks up close and walking up to the lighthouse allow me to put another tick on my 'bucket-list' of places to visit and enjoy in my lifetime!

Dear Füsun,

First, I must purchase a small red ball and place it in most of my landscapes!

Second, how wonderful it will be when you have graduated and then have the opportunity to come to this end of the world! We'll see it together!!
