It's actually a bed and breakfast, with only the one bedroom. I breakfasted in that garden daily. Outside my window was a thick hedge of lavender. I could just reach out and pick some for my night table. Dream on...

All right, I'll have that room for a month or two after you have left it and before Armagnac takes it.

Sorry Armagnac but I just put a reservation for that B&B room.

oh well, c'est la vie... next time I'll try to be faster. on the other hand it will give me the occasion to go camping a little more to the north, there. Cheers, Armagnac.

simple réponse du berger à la bergère cher André : j'avais vu ce cottage le premier ! ceci étant c'est le fruit d'un grand hasard, je suis allé droit à la collection de Sigmund que j'apprécie beaucoup, parce que je savais y trouver ce que je cherchais, et j'ai choisi l'image parmi les vignettes sans savoir qu'elle était déjà si bien fréquentée. décidément le monde est petit :)

Petit oui et beau aussi. Et nous le devons à Panoramio de pouvoir non seulement admirer les paysages de notre planète, découvrir les mille différentes demeures qui nous abritent mais aussi faire la connaissance de personnes que nous ne pourrions vraisemblablement pas rencontrer autrement. Mes remerciements renouvelés à Mary pour cette chaumière où il ferait bon se reposer quelques jours et à Sigmund pour ce petit coin de paradis qui, sans lui, n'existerait pas pas nous.

I'm pretty rusty, especially in the writing, right now, Andre, but maybe I'll improve if you and your Francophone Buddies can tolerate mes erreurs.

Aucun problème, Mary si vous désirez vous exprimer parfois dans la langue de Molière. Les erreurs n'ont pas grande importance. Babelfish commet certainement beaucoup plus de fautes et de contresens que vous.
