A titre indicatif : Charles Poncet de Brétigny, lieutenant-général du roi Louis XIII a fondé la ville de Cayenne en 1643. Nous avons donc plus de 3 siècles de vie commune. Nice a été rattaché à la France en 1860. Nous avons donc moins de 2 siècles de vie commune.
