Brownhills council house was never a handsome edifice. It's now been converted into a heath centre and library for the total cost of, ooh, less than a fiver. What other reason could there be for the grotesque nature of the extensions, lovingly hewn out of industrial breezeblock. Notice the lamp-post cunningly erected right outside the main entrance. A tour de force of municipal hubris, may it's designers suffer piles in perpetuity.

Oh my goodness..! I havent been back there for about 10 years. What a hiddeously discusting and 'little thought through' monstrosety plonked on the end of that (was) beautifull piece of architecture..! Whoever is responsible for that should have been hung drawn and quartered..! It has absolutely ruined that building.
