Shops built quite a few years ago that have never had a single retail tennant. Since empty shops form a 1:1 ratio to those occupied in the town, the retail rennaissance seems a long way off...

Unfortunately these shops are too far away from the High Street, they're tucked away off the main highway in what can only be described as a no mans land with not enough footfall unlike the High Street. This was planning at its worst and a more appropriate use of the site should have been explored. There is still plenty of Brown land within Brownhills and surely a great opportunity to build more affordable housing.

My Mother spent a short while living in the flats that went with these shops, They were nice!
Sad shame about the shops, Seems the ones between natwest bank and aldi almost went the same way! Shame. But at least we have a very useful Wilko's and I have a new Dentist now!
