A bench on Clayhanger common obviously hosts regular all night parties. What else can explain this delightful pile of empty beer bottles, cans and hypodermic needles? The way they've rolled into a small hollow is particularly endearing...

Too many of your photo's of Brownhills are too negative. It's not the best place in the world, but with images such as you have supplied, does it stand a chance of improving. You ought to update or provide more positive images.

Oh hello, another comment from someone with no photos who's just joined the community... interesting.

On the subject of the photos, it was only upon repeated complaints from myself to the council that this mess was cleaned up. You may well be content to ignore this stuff, but many of us are not.

I would draw your attention to the fact that these photos are not invented, they are real ongoing situations that exist. Burying your head in the sand is not going to improve anything.

Well heres another comment BB.You are so smug aren't you.Unfortunately it makes you a liar. How do I know? Because it was myself and another volunteer who cleared that mess up one Sunday morning and it had nothing to do with you or the council, who I agree are about as useless as yourself.

Another comment, another Thursday night, another just registered user. Nice photo of the deer, by the way... have you seen the one I snapped at Chasewater? It's in my gallery.

If you did indeed clear this mess up - which would be interesting as the council reported that they'd done it to me by phone call - I salute you. It is of course entirely possible that the mess is recurring and you dealt with it on one occasion, the council on another. Your public spiritedness is admirable but it's sad that you've been doing the job of the local authority.

Me smug? Not at all.

I'm merely attempting to draw stuff to wider attention - which appears to be succeeding from the comment I've received. Quite why this draws such anger from yourself is puzzling.

As to being a liar, you acknowledge the mess is real, because you cleaned it up. I complained repeatedly to the council to get it removed - where's the lie in that?

As I've said in response to your previous comment, if you'd like to take the debate about Brownhills and its' mismanagement into plain sight, please be my guest... I'm sure the local meeja would give you houseroom.

Oh... and you don't need to keep registering new accounts to comment, you can use the same one again if you like.
