What I personally like about that shot is that it's an unmarked canyon on a lonely highway. There's not a single sign saying what it is, and you see very few cars driving on that road.

My buddy and I were just there before Sep 11th, 2008. This is a gem of a highway with a lot of twists and turns and beautiful sights on every one of them! This area should get photographed more often and please patronize the little and only store in the river valley, they are nice folks and I like to see businesses that are out in the lonely sticks like this one continue to stay in business. Gorgeous photo bud, I wanted to find a panoramic film box-camera for this trip but can't seem to find them anymore, so my digital had to suffice! Great job!
