Great photo Dan I see your title nj transit main line will NJTransit be running here again? It would be great for NJTransit to fix up the Washington Secondary so that trains stop at Phillipsburg once again! I heard NJT wants to run out to Allentown that would be fantastic. I still want to see many freights rolling up and down the line but would great for some passenger action too..

nj transit owns the line from the switch in bloomsbury to easton ns leases the line from them and won't let nj transit run on this section they will never run on the washington line so for now the phillipsburg dream is dead

I'm not talking government politics but talking railroad politics, we have to make them change!

I really enjoyed the Lehigh Limited Trip back in August it was the best we left Hoboken picked up more passengers at Newark, continued on the Raritan Valley / Lehigh Line. All the way to Bethlehem we had a catered lunch it was great!!!! Took lots of photos then got back on the train after lunch crossed the Delaware again this time switched over to the Washington Secondary had to go slow the track in rough shape but then full speed at Hackettstown, thru Dover & Denville, on the Morris & Essex then dropped off our Newark passengers at Broad Street station, then pulling back into Hoboken. It was the best train ride I've been on, I loved it. I think I might of spotted you when we passed by!!!! I was waving!!!
