Actually, this is the Clifton Suspension Bridge. Isambard Kingdom Brunel would turn in his grave if it were to be known as "bristol's bridge" (even without capital letters).

This is Brunel's suspension bridge, the first in the world. Until this bridge was designed and constructed over the Clifton Gorge (the River Avon and the A4 run below it), most bridges were designed using arches.
