POTAGARH Introduction & Attraction Potagarh is a historical place which was built by Britishers in the 18th Century. Situated close to river Rusikulya, the fort is surrounded by a moat. The remnants of majestic fort houses and a buried tunnel specks, the melody of glorious past of Ganjam city, which was cursed by a dreadful epidemic plague in the year 1815 AD.
