Here's a particularly beautiful, .. a curiosity: the tiles that are material? .. Perhaps slate?,
The slate is extracted from our quarries in Liguria, is precisely the inland eastern Ligure, Fontanigorda, and is used only for making roofs, even for items of local handicrafts. A huge hello hello ... hello Laura R_

Thank you, Laura.
I think you are right, the tiles are slate. You have a good eye for detail.
Ciao, Leo

Natalia,
Thank you. This is probably my favorite building in Spokane. It looks like it should be somewhere in Europe rather than in Spokane.
Greetings, Leo

this is lovely, Leo the details are really gorgeous and quite European. But the other photo of the courthouse is great too. Sometimes, if you stand back to take in the whole picture, it makes more sense and gives you a perspective. Greetings and congratulations on the new presidency, susan

Susan,
I've always said this building looks like something you would see in Europe, not Spokane.
They just completed a renovation on the spires (don't know exactly what they did as it was covered while they worked. I will try to get photos if the sun ever shines here again.
Thank you also for the congratulations on the new presidency. I wish him success.
Best wishes, Leo

Leo, it seems the typical home in fairy tales. Nice photo, well done. Congratulations.

Inma,
While it seems a place for fairy tales, I am afraid it is a place where fairy tales go to die. It is actually a courthouse. (sorry if that sounds too grim)
Greetings, Leo
