A nice perspective, Amelia!
Very well seen and captured!
Greetings, also to the guy on the bridge, wearing green wellingtons. :-)
These are not just green wellies, Per; they are 'Hunter' green wellies - as worn by the aristocracy when they visit the flooded areas in England. The Prince of Wales wore a pair, as did David Cameron, when they visited the Somerset Levels, which are badly affected!
Adrian's are seconds, and have a small scrape out of them when he did some rubber testing on them years ago, Nice to have a freebee. ;-)
The river here is very full, and the River Severn has burst its banks near here, filling the flood plain. Luckily there are very few dwellings built.
I'll give him your good wishes. :-)
Nicely balanced and my hunters sprung a leak yesterday ~ not quite sure how old they were ~~~ x
Greetings - Yosi.
Of course - I remember now! You are a member of the aristocracy Sir Nick. I have to say that a bunch of daffodils would be better than a leak, so nice against the green, ;-)
LIKE. I love the sense of perspective in this shot. The figure at the end of the bridge very effectively creates a point of interest. Your photography has come on in leaps and bounds since you started studying my techniques! LOL. Cheers, Joe
Beautiful photo, nice composition and perspective with the bridge and the trees. Like. Hälsningar, Mats.
