After a cool damp spring, the temperatures soared into the upper 80's F (30+ C ) causing the snow melt to fill Bunch Creek. A cool breeze at the base of the falls was in sharp contrast to the surrounding hot dry air.

It only lasted a few days and now we are back to our normal cool showery weather.
