Here is a beautiful cave temple of Lord Ganesh, The Elephant face Hindu God. in Hindu Mythology, Lord Ganesh is considered as very intelligent and master of writing apart from various other blessings he can give.. There is story that in ancient times, when Saint Vedvyas was about to write an epic, "Mahabharata" he had to engage some very fast writer and it was suggested to him that he should request Lord Ganesh for the purpose as he could be the most appropriate. So when Saint Vedvyas asked Lord Ganesh to oblige him, Lord Ganesh put a condition that his pen should not stop writing and Saint Vedvyas would have to continue without any pause. Then Saint Vedvyas also put a condition that Lord Ganesh would have to analyze, understand and make meaning of the verses, which Saint Vedvyas would orate, before Lord Ganesh write those on. Lord Ganesh agreed. So started the writing of great writing "Mahabharata". Saint Vedvyas was speaking a verse which had a very deep meaning; Lord Ganesh had to think for a small time to understand it before he could write those. In the mean time, Saint Vedvyas could think next verse in his mind and speak. So the pair could easily finish writing the Epic Mahabharata without breaking the mutual conditions.
