Very nice - a small village. It would be better if the modern building at the back would be disappeared.

Cheers, Jeff

Hi Stanley, When I first came to HK back in 2002 I went to Tai O. It was great and I hope next time I come back to HK we can go see it together. Take Care,

DEREK

Ahh thats great Stanly. I was lucky because Angela has a friend named Fred who works for a housing Authority in Tai O. He basically told me about the place and showed where the fire happened in 2000. I feel bad because there are a lot of old people there and there kids all moved away to the city. Also, there is no Secondary School in that area either. Angela told me some student she used to have lived there and had to go 2 hours to get to school.

hey, derek, as there is a very terrible heavy rain on this Saturday morning, the main road to Tai O is blocked by landslide. why the villagers always suffered ?
