Sorry, Ainars, I don't understand " ППEПYHПE bYHbY!" Does it mean: "If you can read that, you are too close" ?

Your version is great! In fact this sentence is mindless to spot somewhere on car. Sentence is written by using Cyrillic letters, but means in Latvian, something like "to inflate a ball".

This guy just wished to dare and surprise by exposing something very original!

It always looks funny if someone uses Cyrillic letters and writes meanings for English or in Latvian. For example, if You will see word "HAM" this is with double meaning (I have not forget about even more traditional translations from English!). But in russian this letters means "for us", but again for those russians, who living in latvia and knowing also latvian language, this letters can be decoded to "goop". :)
