Siiiii, Se pueden cocinar frescos (primero pelarlos) ò si hay sol cortarlos en tiritas y dejarlos secar muy bien (asì son mas sabrosos) y se usan para el risotto. En una foto que se llama cosecha silvestre creo que estànnn.bUENO, muchas gracias
