Das ist mit einem Fraktalius-Filter hergestellt. Ist eine Bearbeitungs-Software, die manchmal sehr interessante Effekte ergibt.

Gibt (es hier) und kostet einpaarunddreißig EUR. Ist ein Plugin und läuft bei mir unter FotoImpast 12. Man kann auch eine Testversion gratis runterladen. Grüße Udo
