Wow, what a great take on this sculpture!!! I love it! Especially how when viewed from the right side, it looks like 'The Scream' !

My top favourite of the whole npc contest ;)

Thank you, Bits-n-Pieces and MHiller. It is my favorite sculpture in Chicago. I love the fact that every photo I see of it gives a different perspective.

A really great shot vkalathil, I realizet just now I voted for both shots of the same sculpture!

Greetings from Slovakia, Atti.

Thanks for your vote, Atti. It is a very popular sculpture to be photographed. You can get some excellent shots especially with a wide angle lens.

Hi vkalathil I don't know how this was done, but it is great and deserves a Y* for me.

Cheers

Abdallah

Hi Abdallah, thank you very much. It was taken from underneath the sculpture looking straight up. The curvature of the sculpture along with a very wide angle (10mm) did the trick.

great shot of The Bean!

Vinod Kalathil on January 14, 2009

Thanks, kamaly. I think it's the most photographed object in the whole city of Chicago :)
