Herzlichen Dank, Jens! Das ist eine kommerzielle Tour gewesen, auf der man wirklich extrem viele Adler sehen kann. Natürlich werden sie angefüttert...

Thank you so much, ƤōƝƓ!
Usually I never use the automatic programmes on my camera but in this case I used what in German is called "Sportprogramm"- fast continual shooting with the camera choosing aperture and shutter speed to prevent camera shake. Having a good lens helps a lot (70-200/4,0 L without IS).

Congratulations for this photo with the fish. Very nice eagle. YSL. When I was in Scotland/Hebrides some years ago we met a Scottish guide, John Love, who told us how he had reintroduced sea eagles from Norway to the Hebrides. An impressive bird. In the 70's they were also threatened in Sweden, but now we see them on almost each skating and kayaking tour in the archipelago. Greetings, Mats.

Thanks very much, Mats! They are majestic birds and there is a very healthy population in Norway. I hope the eagles in the Hebrides will also thrive again! Cheers, Gudrun
