Devlin Hall, opened in 1989, houses Wichita State University's Center for Entrepreneurship and the Center for Economic Development and Business Research. Both are programs of the W. Frank Barton School of Business. The building also provides classrooms, a small auditorium, and seminar rooms. It was named in recognition of Wichita entrepreneur Tom Devlin, founder of Rent-A-Center.
