Thank you all for your vote and comments. How to do that Blacksilver: Make a 360° picture by stitching picture (Using PhotoStitch or Panorama maker for example). Then I use Photoshop. Invert the picture up and down and adjust the canvas size to obtain a square picture. Finally use the filter Distort and polar coordinate option. Rectangular to polar and it's finish.
