Next to the critic webkruzer, I'm guessing you're a complete fool. If you think this affect can be done in the camera (some can do affects, others not) but it's not okay if it's done in post then you've never done any print developing from film negative or slide where plenty of manipulation can take place. If you have then you're being completely unreasonable in your assessment.

Bottom line, it's a very nicely done image.
