This wooden bridge was built in 1939 to replace an earlier one. In 2008, it's likely that it will soon be replaced. There are walkplanks underneath which have long been popular with amateur fishermen. The picture is taken from the northern side of the Swan River and is facing downstream towards Fremantle Harbour.
