The number of protestors are increasing and today(31/05/08), more than 100,000 people gathered around the country. Protest have been continued for about two weeks. Despite the protest, the government's reaction is not sensible at all. Police have been ordered into the protest which are supposed to be peaceful, and the police themselves are making these protests violent. Hundreds of innocent protestors were taken to the police, even students. They are not still on Korean's side. Today, it has been reported that a type of lachrymatory gas was scattered out to protestors. We have to stop this. Us, Koreans really do not want to repeat the history of 1980s when we fought for freedom against dictatorship. Thank you so much for taking interest in this serious issue in Korea.
