I think Redwall photos are as charming as Swissmay's, ja ja, greetings to both of May sisters, EDmundo
Thank you very much, Edmundo! I have started to put up some old photos of the Engadin on my collection with mostly scanned or very old D-photos Minolta.
Abrazos, May :)
Sadly this waterbody fails a quality assessment due to ongoing drainage from old flooded mine workings and dissolution of the spoil heaps which litter the area. A lead smelter used to reside at this locality. Despite appearances the water is toxic with 179ug/l total lead at this point(annual average Environmental Quality Standard (AA-EQS) = 7.2ug/l). Zinc 122ug/l (AA-EQS = 50ug/l). Cadmium 1.1ug/l (AA-EQS = 0.08ug/l). Further info and OS mapping of the old workings locations available at website by SEPA

Organicearthful, thank you for your visit and link! It's so sad, because it looked so natural and clean! I only discovered your comment now, hopefully they have done something for this little streamlet.
