Look for the words "This photo is selected for Google Earth " under each shot.

Every shot with that phrase should have the 'Blue Compass' of Acceptance on the front page.

I've just checked a sample of shots from the most recently uploaded, and a few around this one. All have either phrase + compass or no phrase, no compass, except for this one, which seems to be the odd one out. Just another ICOP (Inexplicable Curiosity of Panoramio) perhaps?
