Each flower can be a beautiful memory with your mother! a bunch of memories!
Yes it is true. And my mother who is still living in our family home in the rural village is 88, and she keeps a good colourful garden, exhibits flowers and ferns each year in the local show, drives her car, mows a large area of lawn, teaches small groups of women, takes her turn in the tourist information office, and serves at the local church in many ways.
She encouraged my creativity, and she and my paternal grandmother were both enthusiastic with their "box Brownie" cameras.
Tell me about your mother, please.
Wonderful arrangement of flowers. Looking at this picture as a thumbnail, I thought it was a painting. Great job! Regards, Liviu
To be able to paint like this through the lens is very special. I am now seeing so much more than I ever saw before, as Panoramio friends excite my will to see differently. It is liberating and joyful. Thank you for your special part in it Liviu, as you share your creativity, your faith and your wisdom.
I am sure that your mother is a very special person because she loves flowers so much and she shared with you that beautiful feeling reflected in all floral images of your photos !
Unfortunately for me, 19 years ago my mother has become just a loving memory...I regret I didn't told her how much I loved her...
She was a young, kind and beautiful woman and she also loved flowers very much. That's why today your picture raised my memories !
Best regards and flowers for your mother and grandmother! And don't forget to tell them how much you love them!
Your mother's hope is vested in you. And while memories are very very precious and give so much meaning to our lives, values and identity, hope is even stronger. Your above comments to Ian are wonderful and yes they indicate that the young, kind, beautiful woman and the beautiful person lives on in you!
Hi, Ian, how are you? Still travelling? We miss your messages! And I love all those flowers pics!
I have just seen your message while in an office in Nuku'alofa, Tonga. I'll be here for a couple more weeks and back in Australia at end of month. This weekend, we are flying (only a 7 min flight) to 'Eua Island, and hope to enjoy some walking swimming and photography. There are plenty of pics to upload already from our first 3 days here: archaeology, flora and some special coastal landscapes as well as culture and people.
How about the two of you? Married yet?
I am pleased that you appreciate the flowers too, for a lot of our female Panoramio friends enjoy them particularly. Anyway, I look forward to furtehr contact when I am back. Kindest regards,
