Beautiful! Funny- you see the lake looking like this just once, then no matter how many times you drive past, no matter what the weather or light, this is how it looks. You captured the LIFE of the lake. Thanks for sharing!
yep this lake is dynamic, you have almost everything, snow line, sunlight, mirror waters, can't see how clear it is but it's still wonderful.

I couldn't get Internet for a few days, I THOUGHT I booked marked where the photo was... (and I was off JUST a hair) We went over to this lake Sunday (9-13-07) and we were on the OTHER SIDE from this shot (the picnic area) and had to turn around and go back the same way we drove in... So I TOTALLY MISSED this angel.... I have to say, I drove ALL the way over here from Charleston, SC (on my way to moving to Hawaii) in hopes to see THIS place... Of course when I got to the lake it was pretty, but I have to say this photo of yours was the ONE THING I looked forward to seeing on the ENTIRE trip... You did an AMAZING job on the capture... I'm not patient enough... (not waiting for the snow) I was also doing drive by shooting since we were really pressed for time.... Anyway... THANKS for inspiring a nice drive!! This is a beautiful state!
