Anyone know the history of this unusual building? Note the cannons on the top turret. A Waterloo theme? Before its present refurbishment it had the name of a Distillers on the front.

Yeah its some building, it really stands out amid the modern office blocks. Kinda reminds me of the Grail Castle in the film "The Fisher King"
