Really distinguished viewpoint Marilyn ! Excellent photo! My best regards, Tamás
Thank you, Tamás. I'm glad you like this detail among the "larger" views. Best wishes, Marilyn
Great geometry and form. Good work, Marilyn.
This picture caught my eye immediately, Marilyn! It's a wonderful composition. The flowers, the arches, the colours, everything is perfect! YS for this one. Greetings, Anne
I too gave this one a YS.......the simplicity of the planting fit the location to a "T". Lovely capture Marilyn.
Hi Marilyn. I immediately spotted this picture and when I took a closer look I immediately realised where it was taken although it's about 10 years ago since I was there. I will have a look at the other pictures you took in Peru, too. You seem to have taken totally different pictures than the ones 'normal' tourists usually take. Ver nice. Cheers, Christophe
I will call this photo "contrast". ")
Thank you, Hank, Anne, Pam, Christophe, and Wallace. I felt a little hesitant taking this and then posting it: a picture of a flowerpot when there are Inca and Spanish buildings right there to photograph?? But this scene attracted me, and I'm glad you like it, too.
(Christophe, I make no claims at being "normal"!)
An interesting viewpoint, Marilyn, to use the buildings as a background. It's beautiful the way the light strikes the flat stone, and leaves the soft shadow on the near side of the flowerpot.
Ryan, I think you understand about pictures that just call to you and ask to be taken, even though they're not "normal" tourist shots. Thanks for your comment.
Thank you. I'm glad you like it. Greetings from Canada, Marilyn
