This picture is really out of place...if you want to go here you need to go to the waterfront at the Hilton as this is the Hilton Marina harbor...the location this is pinned to is the middle of a Coast Guard base and if you try to get there you may end up in the brig unless of course you have some very highly placed friends...hehehehe
