Pat, thank you! I appreciate you leaving that nice comment.

Jazz, if you see that again, please send the link to me. I'd like to see that. My search didn't yield any such viewing. :(( It'd be great to be a part of the economic recovery. :))Thank you, Jazz!

Paco, gracias. Le agradezco su buen cumplido.

Crikey, Jean, I was just browsing on Google earth to follow where a very good program on telly had been showing, all through your part of the world, and what should I see while able to view about 14 states and being 1313.93km up in the air? Your amazing raccoon photo!!! Unbelievable that I could see it from such an altitude, Jean! You have really and truly put your little friends on the map and yourself as well! I wonder how long Google earth will last, but if it keeps going for as long as people keep looking at it, you've left a lasting piece of your lovely personality on here for others to enjoy. Congratulations, Jean, I'm just so astounded!

Of course, the photo itself remains one of my firm favourites ever on here, it's a classic. :)

Very best wishes to you, as always - often think of you up there, but don't get on here as much as I'd like, these days. From what I saw on the tv, along with your photos, you'd be living in one of the best places on earth, as if you needed telling that!

Very best wishes, Sue

Hi Jean and Sue - OMG I've got repetetive strain injury from scrolling down, but I can't resist as I'm view number 14041 and I just saw Sue's comment pop up. I bet you were watching the Englishman Fry visiting the south during his 50 state sojourn. How stunning were the Smokies in autumn. It was just like a movie version of your photos Jean (without the gorgeous raccoons. Cheers Helen

I was indeed, Helen! Makes you feel like hopping on a plane next autumn, doesn't it? I thoroughly enjoyed that program and felt quite honoured to have had a preview of the scenery on here!

Best wishes to you both and have a good day/night, Sue

Crikey, Sue!! It is so grand to hear from you again. Thanks for the news of seeing my raccoons photo from so far above Google Earth! I'm going to have to give it go from over here on this side too. Now I'm wondering what TV show you were watching. Hmm.

Helen, clancy-of-the-overflow, cool name! The other day when I was listening to the radio, I hear about an internet term, a new word in the dictionary that meant injury from scrolling down a long way and now for the life of me, I can't think what it was! Dang it! Pardon me.

Dale-stephens, thank you! Huge compliment!

Marina, thank you for your Y* and vote!

sveto53, thank you! I'm glad you like it. I used to visit DC frequently, great place!

coastrkid104, thank you for your nice compliment and Y*!

This is my most viewed photo. Thank you all for your visit, kind words and your clicks.

14330 views now. I can hardly believe it!

Hey guys! will you inform Jean that the 'scrolling injury' may be R.S.I, quite common if one does not use the slider bars!

I hope that you are all well, almost time to gather stuff in for the winter, hope you find enough grub!

Take care out there!

Mike, your term, RSI, is correct but that one has been in the dictionary for some time. This new term is something like scrolljury meaning that one suffers injury when scrolling down so far. I tried to google but only found the term scrollage in the 2009 dictionary.

erik4346, thank you, gracias por el desplazamiento hacia abajo y salir de tu cumplido!

Thanks to everyone who scrolls down so far and leaves nice comments! I hope you do not get a scrolljury.

I didn't get hurt, but it was a lot of work, felt like scrollduggery.

Itallica, on August 22, said:

Guy -Don't you mean scrolldruggery?

It took me 15 minutes to scroll down

Jean GREAT photo.

jgevans, on August 23, said:

LOL, Guy! Oh, yes, scrollduggery. That would have something to do with trickery? You never seem to get hurt with your tricks, so that makes sense to me.

LOL, Itallica! Scrolldruggery? Or maybe you mean scrolledrudgery?

I wonder how many of these new words will be in next years new dictionary.

thanks for the explaination, but RSI is the same by any name, I guess its like the rose?

cheers
