I've notice rules have changed ("a winner can't win again"). I think it's a pity for many good pictures shouldn't compete anymore !

Glady to hear that! As for the rule, I think Eduardo wants everyone to have a chance winning the prize. So that is why the rule permit only the winner can only win the contest once only.

If you agree to let ATP uses your photo, I will gladly send you the agreement statement to you. We only ask the winners of the May contest, but so far everyone agreed to the statement! Very encouraging news for us.
