Wow, I went to Kyoto station many times, but I never seen this before.

Thanks for your visit taoy. I was very pleased to get this shot. To get an uninterrupted view of the sculpture you need to position yourself at precisely the point where I was standing. From memory, everywhere else along the upper walkway the view is obscured.

I wonder if the architects were aware of this anomaly when they designed the place. Maybe not?
