Fort Albany (James Bay) Regional Hospital Read more at; Google
The building in the background is not a hospital, itis St. Anne's Residential School which was destroyed by fire a few years ago. The school closed in the 1970s and parts of it were used as a day school (mostly sections on the left) and band office and police station. The building in foreground at left is the Roman Catholic Mission. There is a hospital in Fort Albany but it is not shown in the picture. The old hospital in Fort Albany was to the left of the Roman Catholic Mission.
