This photo was taken at dusk in a cloudy day, and lighting conditions were not optimal—hence the graininess. I cannot account for the inexplicably light blue sky in the background.

The JP Morgan Chase Tower is 1002 feet (305 m) tall. As of June, 2008, it is the tallest building in Texas, the second tallest outside of NYC and Chicago (the Bank of America Plaza in Atlanta is 21 ft higher), and the eleventh tallest in the country.
