Elmambo ... thankfully we can drive on the ice since Saskatchewan doesn't/won't have any ice-breakers (down East and up in the Arctic there are huge ships that will break through the ice thus allowing other ships passage through the frozen waters..definitely not economically feasible here given the little bit of traffic in this province).
