You are correct! It's just that it wasn't possible to get all that in the caption when the picture was published. It's also a matter of opinion as it seems. S/S Alma of Stavre in The Republic of Jämtland is a few years older, but got a new stronger engine after a couple of decades. S/S Ejdern had a diesel engine for a couple of decades, before getting the original steam engine back, so I guess these equals plays well together!
