Panorama of Mosman Bay - Swan River

This panorama is a composite of seven photos. They were taken in a north easterly direction from the top of a steep riverside slope at Mosman Park. The shoreline below merges into Peppermint Grove at the right side of the image. In the distance can be seen boat pens belonging to Royal Freshwater Yacht Club. On the opposite side of the river (on the right) can be seen Point Walter and the northern end of the Blackwall Reach limestone cliffs. Projecting outwards from Point Walter to the centre of Mosman Bay is the Point Walter sand spit. Walking to its end is a popular activity for visitors. In the distance can be seen tall buildings in the business district of Perth.
