There seems never a shortage of cashed up buyers for this expensive real estate overlooking the river at Mosman Park, Western Australia. Surprisingly, many of the newest dwellings appear austere. The portion of Swan River which they overlook is Mosman Bay. The public parkland of Point Walter can be seen on the opposite side of the river.
