Hi purdey, thank you very much! This particular bit would be cold, being right on the Straight of Georgia. But if you cross the penninsula two miles directly eastwards, to Centennial Beach (called Maple Beach on the US side of the border) there is some of the warmest water anywhere on the coast. That's where we go swimming, when in this area.
