A splendid view of Fremantle Harbor is perpetually blocked by the ugly railway bridge. Authorities painted it blue in an attempt to disguise it. The orange vessel in the foreground is a pilot boat. The structure visible at the extreme right of the four picture composite is the 1939 Fremantle Traffic Bridge.
