Attu, Alaska. The westernmost point of the USA is the western point of this Island, Point Wrangel. Because this is not the most populated area, it might say Anchorafe or some Russian Island on some of these pics, but "Attu" and "Wrangel" is just not in this database ... google it, "attu island" to find a lot more info. Inuit (eskimos) people are telling about: When they are whaling, and when a Whale try to escape tunter; it TOUCH (ATTU) a point in an Island; therfor they named it ATTU. The same story tells in Greenland; there there is an island in Western Greenland With the same name.
