Dear May,
You are exploring some of my ancestral land. I have ancestors from Ellon, Coldwells and Longhaven! Thank you for giving me this image.

Hi May
The weather always makes photography a challenge in Scotland but no more beautiful place to have a go!
Nice shot, Ian

Natalia, Tamás, Elemér, Ian, Ian.r, thank you all so much for your wonderful comments! Natalia, Tamás and Elemér, yes, I love this kind of picture too, with some fence or hut, things, which look, as if they belonged to the scenery since ever.
Ian Stehbens, I actually passed all these places and took several photos, I wish I had put the coordinates. It will be a hard task to find out the right position in the map.
Ian.r, never mind the rain, I just loved the countryside, though, I am sure, I would have loved the South of England just as much. :)
Werner, Andreas, Martin, vielen Dank für Euer Interesse am kaputten Zaun! :) Liebe Grüsse, May
Pascal, merci beaucoup, c'est une belle éxplication, :)) Probablement il faut être Français pour avoir cette idée des amoureux! :)) Amitiés, May
My best greetings to all of you, May

What magical colors you've captured, May! The broken fence makes such graceful curves, in contrast with the jagged rocks by the beach. Wonderful photo!

Another very lovely shot, May. The way the color in the foreground fades into monochrome in the distance with just a touch of green on the rocks makes a beautiful image. Gold stars for this one too*** ;D! Warm greetings, alicia

Thank you, Jurgis and Hank! I like this atmosphere as well. It's amazing how something out of the regular like a twisted fence attracts our attention and sympathy. :)

I doubt it Tony ... what a shame for photographers everywhere if it does get fixed. I'm sure this photo will get them all over there in droves! Great catch, Swissmay!

Tony and Nawitka, thanks for your visits and comments! I agree with Nawitka that it will be a pity if it gets fixed. ;) I'd love to return again and to check it, if I had the time…
Best greetings, May
